Still finding personal style/working on capsule wardrobe!

Our take

Navigating personal style can be a transformative journey, especially after significant life changes. After losing sixty pounds due to health issues, you’ve discovered a newfound access to fashion that celebrates your unique essence. Embracing a style that reflects your vibrant personality is both gratifying and empowering, as you explore elements like color, textures, and high-low fashion combinations. Your passion for gorpcore and silver accents, along with an eagerness for feedback, highlights your commitment to curating a capsule wardrobe that resonates with who you are.

I’ve been fat for most of my life and lost sixty pounds in the last year (because of health issues, not intentionally. I love being fat). Existing in a smaller body has granted me access to so much more fashion given that I can now walk into almost any store and fit into their clothing. It’s been extremely gratifying to realize a style that I’ve always felt was inside of me but that I couldn’t execute when I was fatter because of the marginalization of fat bodies. Idk what my style would be categorized as and welcome feedback!! I love a pop of color, buttons, silver/chrome accents, textures, gorpcore, and accompanying high brow/low brow fashion in the same outfit.
