Make a list depending of employee attendance

Hi! I would like to make a formula where depending of the employee selected, I would know which formations they didn't do.

I already have a list of the employees and formations on a seperate tab to make my list and each employee have it's own tab with automatic color coded green or red depending if there was attendance or not (first image),

So my guess would be to use a If formula on the source list, but I made some test but it doesn't seem to be working.

This new list would be in another tab. (second image).
