How to go braless in jaded London dresses?

I don’t have saggy boobs by any means but they aren’t exactly perky or boob job looking, I have this jaded London dress (Noir knit maxi dress for ref) that I want to wear on holiday, I also have nipple piercings which I prefer to show off so I don’t really wanna wear a bikini top underneath it.

Does anyone have any like transparent glue or tape hacks that might just make them look slightly perkier without showing the tape.

I know I’m asking for a lot here but any advice will do
