Moving to different pages

Hi all.

I am trying to amalgamate 4 work books onto a single one the feed from the primary work book.

I have multiple key workers and want to be able to split their clients onto their own sheets so the key workers don't have to trawl through all the data and just need their one but I don't want all the cells moved only a select few but do it in a way that when data is changed on the primary page it will change on the secondary.

I know there is an IF function I can use but unsure how to use it fully.

Any support would be most helpful
