Another bunk rooster

I literally just got a new rooster a week ago and he's SO sweet to my hens, he's really good to them. However. He hates me. He attacked me two days in a row now, unprovoked and the first time he got me good enough to bruise and draw blood. Today he went for my head while watering and collecting eggs.

Any chance I can make him idk like me? Or is this a chicken pot pie situation? Also he starts crowing around 230am and doesn't stop until around 10am. Which makes the whole neighborhood's roosters start crowing in the middle of the night. At least my last roo only crowed 3 or 4 times a day before noon and after 730am.

I'm dedicated to keeping a rooster because I intend to sell olive egger hatching eggs and chicks. F1s and f2s. This is driving me absolutely BONKERS.
