Mood dependent fascial bloating
My cheeks are normally sharp. They carry 50% of my appearance confidence. But when I get stressed even slightly, they immediately get puffier. The difference is insane, the entire face proportion is different.
And it is very frustrating because then I try to hide my face, don't maintain eye contact and perpetuate the stress.
People talk about diet, but I barely consume salt, I eat bananas, spinach, cucumbers and avocados. I guess I can reduce on the white rice, still...
What slightly helps is: cold wind, deep breathing, drinking water and tea, softly smiling, meditating, not caring about outcomes or appearance. But I wish there was a more strong and stable remedy accessible even during the high stress times.
Any ideas?
