Best products for sensitive skin?

Hi all. I'm looking for the BEST face wash/cleanser?

I don't deal with too many skin issues; acne was never a huge concern, but in the past 2 years, I've had 2-3 perioral dermatitis flare ups.

I have dry/sensitive skin in general. What are some good face care, skin care products for people with perioral dermatitis and/or generally sensitive skin?

I live in a dry climate, and need to apply lotion constantly. I've been using Eucerin Complete Repair lotion and my skin loves it.

I just ran out of my "gentle" face cleanser (I think it had AHA in it?) so I want to switch to a good, easy, safe cleanser, too please. Any other tips are welcomed! Thanks
