Is she egg bound or has water belly?

I have a gold laced Wyandotte that hasn’t been laying for a couple weeks. Shes had poopy problems off and on this past season. She’s been eating and drinking okay until a couple days ago, I noticed her eating decrease a bit and developed a waddle. She’s pretty alert but her tail is low. I felt her abdomen before giving her an Epsom salt bath and it was squishy like a water balloon. After her bath, it feels a tad bit firmer and less squishy. I gave her a tums tablet.

Any advise would be amazing right now, as I would do anything for her.
