Need plan help for Bangkok trip🙏😭

So i booked tickets today for 6days excluding back and forth from Dubai. Trip is for my first anniversary with my girl. This is a very budget trip because it's all i could do. We both are in our early 20's. Anyone been to Bangkok please help me out. I need help in hotel (one place is enough for 5 days ig). Where all should we go for food(No pork because she is allergic) and how to travel i heard to use metro and E-Tuktuk. We both enjoy parties and i have a few in mind like what's happening, the rooftop one and salone . And most importantly how to exchange my Dirhams to Baht. I saw a reel saying to use Mbank but clueless and what i should do . She also would want to shop in platinum mall for some hours (I saw a reel). Please help me out guys😭❤️🙏 .
