Is "Fair Trade" enough on its own?

| I’ve come across both certified and non-certified facilities, and the reality hasn’t always matched what I expected. Certifications are useful, but they don’t always reflect day-to-day conditions on the ground. Some smaller setups without formal labels can still operate very responsibly, while larger certified ones can vary in practice.
