Laser hair removal or IPL?

Hello, I was hesitating between doing hair laser removal for underarms by professionals or buying the Braun IPL hair remover, I’ve seen a lot of positive reviews on TikTok. Which works the best? With the Braun remover I could use it on my whole body while with lasering, for the same price, I can only do my underarms. Also is it better to do it in a spa or a dermatology office?
