Croatia travel recs for couple

Hello going to Croatia in few months and have this general itinerary planned so far-

Dubrovnik —> Korcula —> Hvar —> Split/ plitvice

Going with bf both early 30s range. We love to eat, walk around / explore, want to try the best acitivies in area and are open to whatever is unique and best to do in Croatia. We drink but would not want to really party more try cool relaxing spots.
