ShopCider vs Lulus quality?

I’m trying to find a college graduation dress. The ceremony will be in June with warmer weather, so I want a shorter dress in either white or gold. Working with a student budget so nothing too pricey. I like some of the dresses on both Cider and Lulus, but I was wondering how the legitimacy and clothing quality differ between those two brands! Any other good brands I should look into?
