Which human hair wigs actually stay put?

Been wearing wigs for two years because my hair got thin but my biggest problem isn't the look.. it's keeping the thing on my head. I've already tried grips and tapes but by the end of the day it's sliding.

Saw a human hair wig with a silicone strip and drawstring inside the cap but does that really work? Does the silicone hold or slip when you get sweaty?

What do you use that stays put? I'm just tired of checking every hour if my wig moved.
