PhotoShelter problems

I just rejoined Photoshelter because I thought I’d go with a platform I know but I haven’t been on a day and already problems.

I’m able to log on but I’m taken to my account page but there’s no link to get to the web builder section.

After about 10 ?’s to the AI assistant it said they would open a support ticket and I expected to hear back today but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get to the web builder sections I’d appreciate it and also what other web hosting platforms would people recommend.
