My little friend crossed the rainbow bridge

My little friend Gigi crossed the rainbow bridge this morning. 🌈 I adopted her and her flock sister Midge during lockdown (that they helped in getting through). She was a very sweet and pretty hen that enjoyed getting into potted plants like they were her private spa. She was a tad skittish but unlike her flock mate Midge, that has a bit of aggressive streak, she was always friendly and would tolerate the occasional cuddle. Some say that chickens are incapable of learning their names but she definitely knew hers and would come running when I called her name. Fly high my feathered friend ❤️
