Should any changes be made to this coop?

I know I should use hardware wire - not poultry wire.

I currently only have 3, but would like them to hatch more later on (since apparently they're total freeloaders at this point.)

I liked this style coop and it will fit under my fruiting pear tree, which provides a ton of shade in the summer.
