Clear fluid coming from mouth?

I posted recently about this pullet I had rescued and how to go about treatment with vetrx for a kind of hoarseness in the throat. Well I had seen this a few weeks ago (usually while she drinks) that a bit of fluid came out of her beak. I assumed it could be from drinking a lot of water, but it suddenly stopped and hadn’t happened for a while. Today when I went out to feed them and change their water a lot of that weird spit-like fluid came out, I searched up what it could be and I saw it may be sour crop. I tried my best to see if I could smell anything funky- but nothing smelt off. Im not sure what it might be and what’s my next step in helping her. Advice is appreciated
