how to style this awesome shirt i found at the thrift?

it’s a Pretty Angel branded shirt with the original tag intact! i would sell it but it’s just so cool i want to at least try to wear it out first. it’s a navy blue color. im thinking lots of weird jewelry and maybe a long skirt? i don’t know!!
